Team members volunteer for United Way Day of Caring

Thank you to all of our team members who volunteered their time during this year’s United Way Day of Caring and truly lived up to our value of Care!

Numerous team members joined us at the Vicksburg Mall on April 26 to kick off United Way’s annual Day of Caring. From there, team members joined forces at the Warren County Children’s Shelter, Habitat for Humanity, and Vicksburg National Military Park. Team members at the Warren County Children’s Shelter cleaned windows, trimmed hedges and trees, plus numerous other landscaping projects. Our Facilities team and many other team members joined together to help build a house for Habitat for Humanity and installed windows on another Habitat for Humanity home next door. Those team members who volunteered their time at the Vicksburg National Military Park spent the day learning about Vicksburg’s rich history while cleaning headstones of those we lost during the Siege of Vicksburg and decades after.

Not only did our team’s efforts help these local organizations, but it will also help those in our community live their best lives. Thank you for all of your hard work and exemplifying our value of Care both inside and outside of the workplace!
